Refunds and exchanges will be accepted ONLY if you contact us requesting a refund/exchange within 24 hours of your item being delivered to your shipping address. Due to the nature of wedding occasion wear, we are unable to make policy exceptions.

To return an item you must receive a Return Authorization Number, and the RAN must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returned or exchanged items must be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

A 40% restocking fee will be assessed on all Made-to-Measure wedding dresses, wedding separates, and toppers returned for a refund.

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all accessory items returned for a refund. This includes hair scarves, veils, and belts.

Due to high demand for our dresses and accessories, when you place your order, we turn down other brides to hold your dress’s place in our production schedule. Therefore, if you change your mind about your dress, veil, or accessory order before we have begun to create your items, a refund may be issued minus a 18% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after we have begun to create your item will be subject to the full restocking fee.

A swatch fee will be assessed if you received a complimentary fabric swatch with your order. A $20 USD swatch fee for domestic orders and a $40 USD swatch fee for international orders will be deducted from the refund.

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives undamaged. If a returned item is soiled (including makeup or pet hair) or has an odor (especially smoke), an additional $200 USD cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund.

Returns are NOT accepted for custom design orders, items with design customizations, promotional sales, or sample sale items.

Custom gowns that have been changed from their original design at the request of the buyer are final sale. This includes custom dying, fabric changes, and dresses with design changes requested to the neckline, sleeves, etc. not listed on the product page.

If an item arrives as requested and the buyer requests additional changes by our team, a change fee will be assessed in order to make adjustments to the design. The fee amount will be determined by our design team on a case-by-case basis.

Rush Order fees, customization fees, and shipping charges are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with alterations or returns.

Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We encourage international shoppers to be aware of their country's fees before purchasing.
