How did you meet the love of your life?

Trevor and I met at 15 years old at a hockey rink. At that time we were both with our high school sweethearts. We became close friends and stayed in touch for three years before the timing was right, and he asked me out on our first date. He brought me to a beach in Kingston, RI, to walk by the ocean and star gaze.

When did you know that this person had stolen your heart?

The very first time we spoke I knew this person was going to play a role in my life. I felt a connection to him I couldn’t explain. Although, neither of us pursued anything until years later after we had built a friendship.

Tell us about the proposal?

He brought me back to the beach where we had our first date. He walked me down to where the tide was coming in and knelt down in front of me and asked me to marry him.

How did you come across Wear Your Love?

I found Wear Your Love first on Pinterest. I felt like I found my dream dress. I was absolutely ecstatic to learn not only that I could order this dress I found but that you created the dress to your client's exact measurements.

When did you know you had found your perfect dress?

The moment I saw the Zoey dress. It felt like it was made for me.

What went through your mind when the Wear Your Love box arrived at your doorstep, and you pulled out your dress for the first time?

Opening the box to my dress gave me butterflies. As soon as I saw and felt it in my hands, I realized it was even better than I imagined and it far exceeded my expectations.

What was your wedding theme or style?

Bohemian Nature theme

Tell us your favorite moment from your wedding?

Walking through the woods with my husband. The quiet moments we shared together.
